What to include
If you are reporting a problem with a specific tool, it helps enormously if you tell us which tool you were using, which browser and operating system you were on, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. If a particular file caused the issue, describing its type and approximate size is useful — please do not send us the file itself, since we deliberately do not collect user files.
Tool suggestions
We add tools regularly and suggestions from visitors drive a lot of that. If there is a task you find yourself doing repeatedly and wish had a simple page for it, tell us. The best suggestions tend to be small, well-defined jobs that can be done entirely in the browser.
Advertising and partnerships
For advertising enquiries or partnership proposals, please write to the same address with "Advertising" or "Partnership" in the subject line so it reaches the right place.
